How to Make a Reservation at Central Casting Los Angeles

Make a Central Casting reservation to register with us

If you have registered at Central Casting Los Angeles or are preparing to register, you know all about the long lines that quickly build up outside our building. We know getting here early for registration, Visiting, Central Casting University, and other events can be a hassle, so we’re working on ways to make it easier for you to visit our Burbank office.

This guide has all the information you need on how to make a reservation at Central Casting Los Angeles. Keep an eye on the notices section and calendar for announcements on reservation dates.

How to make a REGISTRATION RESERVATION

To register with Central Casting Los Angeles, you will need to complete our online registration process, which includes the following steps:

  1. First, you’ll need to create a profile to use during the online registration process.
  2. After making a profile, you’ll be taken to the online portion of registration. Complete this step by filling out the necessary information.
  3. Then make a reservation to come to our office with your required documentation for your new hire orientation and onboarding to finish paperwork and take a photo for our casting system.

You must finish the online portion of registration before making a reservation to visit our office to complete registration. If you are unable to make a reservation when you finish the online portion of registration, keep checking back as new sessions become available and spots open up due to cancellations. Please note: reservations become available exactly 3 days from the time a registration session starts, not at midnight that day.

Minors

If you are making a reservation for a minors registration session, you can make the reservation under the parent/legal guardian’s name and list the minor(s) you are bringing to register that day. The same parent/legal guardian can accompany multiple children to registration.

Required documentation

Everyone who registers with Central Casting, including minors, must fill out an I-9 form and present the required I-9 form documentation. This is a crucial step in the registration process and you will not be able to complete registration if you don’t bring the original unexpired documents to your reserved session. Please be sure to read over the Lists of Acceptable Documents before you come to our office.

How to make an EVENT RESERVATION

We will also be offering reservations for Visiting and Central Casting University classes. In addition to making a reservation, you will need to bring a photo ID that matches the name you entered on the reservation form. These reservations will admit you into the event. If you come without a reservation and we are at capacity, you will not be admitted.

To reserve and attend an event, you must be registered with Central Casting, active, and eligible to submit for work.

Follow these steps to make an EVENT RESERVATION:

  1. To make a reservation for Visiting, Central Casting University, or another event, visit the Los Angeles calendar on the Talent page of our website. Select the event you wish to attend and click on the reservation link. If you do not see a reservation link, the event does not require a reservation. Note: You should always check the notices and calendar for updates before coming to our office.
  2. Select the day and time you would like to reserve. We are currently only opening reservations 3 days in advance. If a session for a future date shows up as unavailable, check back two days before the event. Spots can open at any time due to cancellations.
  3. Enter your full legal name (as it appears on your identification) and email address. Click schedule event.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after scheduling your session with instructions and reminders on what to bring. Please arrive between 10-20 minutes before your scheduled registration time to be checked in. There is only street parking available and it is limited. You will not be admitted if you arrive after your scheduled reservation time.

If you cannot make your scheduled reservation, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. A link to cancel your reservation will be included in your confirmation email.
