Make a Central Casting reservation to register with us

If you have registered at Central Casting Los Angeles or are preparing to register, you know all about the long lines that quickly build up outside our building. We know getting here early for registration, Visiting, Central Casting University, and other events can be a hassle, so we're working on ways to make it easier for you to visit our Burbank office.

Starting on Thursday, November 8, 2018, we will begin rolling out a reservation system for select events and registrations. Reserving a spot for these select registration sessions holds your place at registration as long as you have the required documentation to fill out the I-9 form. Want to attend a Central Casting University class? You can now make a reservation instead of lining up early for a chance to get in.

This guide has all the information you need on how to make a reservation at Central Casting Los Angeles. Keep an eye on the notices section and calendar for announcements on reservation dates.

How to make a REGISTRATION RESERVATION

We are currently only offering reservations for Friday registration sessions (beginning on November 16, 2018), but you should always check the notices and calendar for updates before coming to our office as we will continue to roll out new dates.

Follow these steps to make a REGISTRATION RESERVATION:

  1. Visit our Los Angeles Registration Reservation page.
  2. Select the date and time you would like to reserve. Each session will become available 48 hours in advance. If a session for a future date shows up as unavailable, check back two days before the event. Spots can open at any time due to cancellations.
  3. Enter your full legal name (as it appears on your identification) and email address. Click schedule event.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after scheduling your session with instructions and reminders on what to bring. Please arrive between 10-20 minutes before your scheduled registration time to be checked in. There is only street parking available and it is limited. You will not be admitted if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time.

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. A link to cancel your reservation will be included in your confirmation email.

Remember, if you make a reservation, it does not mean you are instantly registered, it just means you've secured an appointment to register at Central Casting Los Angeles. You must still bring the required I-9 documentation to be admitted into registration on that day.

Minors

If you are making a reservation for a minors registration session, each child you wish to register must have their own appointment and a parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor to registration. The same parent/legal guardian can accompany multiple children to registration.

Minors must present the same required I-9 documents as adults. Our Minors I-9 required documentation packet has more information about minors' identification requirements. We cannot register your minor without these documents, even if you've arrived on time to your scheduled appointment.

Find out more about minors registration in our article How to Get Your Child on TV and Movies.

How to make an EVENT RESERVATION

We will also be offering reservations for Visiting and Central Casting University classes. In addition to making a reservation, you will need to bring a photo ID that matches the name you entered on the reservation form. These reservations will admit you into the event. If you come without a reservation and we are at capacity, you will not be admitted.

To reserve and attend an event, you must be registered with Central Casting, active, and eligible to submit for work.

Follow these steps to make an EVENT RESERVATION:

  1. To make a reservation for Visiting, Central Casting University, or another event, visit the Los Angeles calendar on the Talent page of our website. Select the event you wish to attend and click on the reservation link. If you do not see a reservation link, the event does not require a reservation. Note: You should always check the notices and calendar for updates before coming to our office.
