It’s going to be a busy summer for Background Actors in Georgia! Central Casting’s Adam Hochfeld has tips on what you can do to get booked and on set.
"Right now, we’re getting really busy with all of our prep for the upcoming shows that are coming out here late spring, early summer," Adam said. "So now’s the perfect time to come into our office to get registered so we can get you out to our shows."
If you haven’t registered in our office or at one of our open calls, now is a great time. All you need to do is bring your required I-9 documentation with you to our Atlanta office. You’ll listen to an orientation, fill out paperwork, and get your photo taken for our casting system.
If you’re already registered with us, come in to an Update session to take a new photo, add additional photos, or to update any of your information. We recommend updating your photo every six months so Casting Directors know your look is current. Updates in our Atlanta office are held Monday-Friday between 4-6pm. Check our calendar for changes in the schedule before coming into the office.
You can find all the Central Casting Georgia casting notices on the job posts section of our Talent page. You may also receive a text message from a Casting Director checking your availability. Remember to read the entire post or text before submitting so you can make sure you fit what the Casting Director is looking for.
