The Talent Relations team partners with other Central Casting departments to ensure background talent are experiencing treatment consistent with Central Casting’s Standards of Conduct and Behavior. The team supports background talent by advising on concerns and grievances, and facilitating timely resolutions.

We want background talent to feel comfortable coming forward in instances where a policy violation may have occurred and/or in situations where further investigating may be required without fear of retaliation or reprisal. We encourage reporting of Standards of Conduct and Behavior violations, as well as requests for guidance related to policies and procedure via EthicsPoint. This centralized reporting system allow background talent to directly submit grievances or concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
